What You Need to Know

The 8-week program kicks off on April 9th, 2024, and offers a comprehensive blend of entry-level SDR training, essential technical skills, and invaluable soft skills essential not only for acing interviews but also for navigating future roles with confidence. Every enrolled learner will be given a guaranteed interview for one of 5 open positions at Diligent.

Our program consists of 4 hours of live classes each week, supplemented by asynchronous learning and weekly assignments. We anticipate that participants will need to commit approximately 10-12 hours per week to fully engage with the material and excel in the program.

Office Location: 145 W Ostend Street, Baltimore MD 21230. This is a hybrid role with 80% on-site.

Classes begin: April 9th, 2024. Interviews begin: Week of May 6th, 2024. Diligent Hire Date: May 28th, 2024.

Pay: $48,000 a year with a $5,000 bonus at the completion of the 4 month Diligent Academy on-boarding program.

Live classes are scheduled on Tuesday’s/Thursday’s from 6pm-8pm EDT.

You don’t need a fancy degree. We look for foundational professional skills, a high level of motivation, and a growth mindset.

But you do need to be ready for intensive training.
