SV Academy is 100% free for students. The program is funded by employer partners who hire graduates, so you pay nothing. In fact, we pay you during the program!
The 100-day program has two phases: a 10-day intensive bootcamp (about 15 hours per week) followed by a 90-day Paid Residency with a partner employer. Most graduates go from zero experience to a hired SDR or Customer Success role in under four months.
No. SV Academy is designed for career changers and recent grads with no background in sales or tech. You will be trained on tools like Salesforce and Zoominfo, sales frameworks, and cold outreach starting from scratch.
Graduates are placed as Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) or Customer Success Associates at tech and SaaS companies. Entry-level SDR on-target earnings average $70,000 to $90,000 in the first year.
SV Academy’s model is built around job placement. Employer partners hire directly from the program, and graduates receive ongoing coaching through the 90-day Residency to help them ramp and stay hired. While placement isn’t guaranteed, all graduates will receive a Certificate of completion and ongoing career support.
