Time Commitment

Bootcamp (2 Weeks)
  • ~15 hours per week, combining live instructor-led sessions, asynchronous assignments, and role-plays.
  • Expect to participate in hot seat activities, practice calls, and group discussions.
Residency (90 Days)
  • Full-time, in-role with your employer.
  • 1 hr per week of SV Academy support: 1:1 coaching, Skill Labs, and Office Hours.
  • Additional self-study or call practice as needed (plan on ~1 hour weekly).
